I was blown away by the friendly, reliable service and very affordable prices, I must say. I called FASL to come by my house at 8:30 PM to replace a lock and I was told by the tech he would arrive on time. The tech guy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about locks, he explained me why a high security lock would make my house a lot safer than a cheaper one. I decided to get the hi security lock although it costs more, but now I feel a lot safer again in my home. Great job, i will recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. -Randall S. - San Antonio, TX
