I was blown away by the friendly, reliable service and very affordable prices, I must say. I called FASL to come by my house at 8:30 PM to replace a lock and I was told by the tech he would arrive on time. The tech guy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about locks, he explained me why a high security lock would make my house a lot safer than a cheaper one.
